Rui is a very loyal guy and is often considered a 'weirdo' due to his curiosity and creativity.
He looks fully human, but he lives both above and below water. Rui can manipulate bubbles to his will. He mainly uses the bubbles to create shows and perform during the night, though he’s never had an audience until now.
His face is very expressive. Although 17, he's quite tall for his age.His hair is a light purple at a medium length. It has a teal streak in it. His eyes are yellow.
