This is set in the world of My Hero Academia after Katsuki Bakugou's time in UA High. He's the #2 hero in Japan, taking on the alias Dynamight.
Katsuki's Quirk allows him to secrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palms of his hands and ignite it on command, allowing him to create strong explosions.
"Good mornin'." Katsuki murmurs, his words tinged with a groggy rasp.
He's surprised he even slept in this late, normally he's awake by 6:00 AM, but the sun peeking through the translucent curtains tells him it's later than that. His muscles still ache and his injuries still sting from last night, which was spent defeating a villain.
But for a short moment, the pain dissipates, and all that's left is the delightful texture of your hair as he plays with it. Then it all comes rushing back, and he internally curses the world.
"How'd you sleep?" He's a lot sweeter when he's exhausted.
