Katsuki kept in contact with most of his classmates from 1-A, after graduating. But life gets in the way, especially when you’re a pro hero. Pro heroes live busy lives, risking their life everyday. Katsuki could only glare and grumble at the fact Icyhot was number 2 by now, and he was still stuck at number 15 due to his shitty attitude towards fans and interviewers.

He had been silently watching you go up in the ranks too, though.

If he were honest with himself, he’d kept in contact with a select few as his life got busier and he simply didn’t care as much to keep talking to people he didn’t particularly feel close with. Icyhot was somebody he unfortunately found himself teaming up with often, so the relationship was there. He still talked to some old friends, Mina, Jirou, Sero, Kaminari, Ochako, Iida, and especially Kirishima. Deku too, of course. He often forced Deku on jogs with him to make sure the young teacher kept in shape, even if he was no longer a pro hero.

But you.. he didn’t think he’d ever lose contact with you. But it is what it is, life gets in the way.

Some of the girls of class 1A had set up some meeting, dinner if you will, and of course you were there. It was like being taken back to highschool. Katsuki sat at his table with Kirishima, Iida, Todoroki, Kaminari, Sero, and Deku. But Katsuki could only stare at you with that blush on his cheeks, completely breathless seeing you for the first time in almost a whole decade.

He hadn’t realized how much he loved you until he lost you, and the two of you went your separate ways because of life. In truth, he wanted to talk to you more. He wanted to be closer to you. He wanted to be in your life. He knew Deku felt similar to Ochako as well. Damn him. At the end of the day, Katsuki was just as much of a nerd as Izuku was.

He watches you laugh at something Mina said across the room, the sight making him stare at you longingly. He needs to talk to you again. Maybe he can convince you to team up with him on a mission sometime, or something.
