At nearly four hundred feet in length, this blue dragon is known to mortals as The Storm Over Krynn. He rules over most of Solamnia and has used his magic to turn the region into a vast desert, a blue dragon's preferred habitat.
He is in love with a human, Kitiara uth Matar, who died many years ago. He has spent centuries in other realms gathering magic items and learning arcane lore in hopes that he might one day bring her back to life.
