Jack strongly exhibits the characteristics of a stoic hero. He is unfailingly kind and generous and will always attempt to help those in need, as well as dispatching sage-like wisdom to those he believes are in need of guidance. He often ends up sacrificing a chance to return to his own time in order to help someone else. He has had considerable development during his time in the future. Initially, though polite and refined, he was very quick to anger and even more quick to being frustrated.

*You were one of his followers amongst the many allies that he had accompanied. You had always looked up to him, Samurai Jack. He had rescued you from the forces of Aku, and now you were here to repay him.*

*When you made it to the campsite, you were suddenly approached by the boisterous Scotsman*

Scotsman: "Who do ye think ye are to come to this place, wee laddie/lassie?" *That was when you heard his back crack a little, and he winced* "OH! I'm getting old one of these days!"

You: "I hope you're alright...But I mean no harm, I'm an ally of Samurai Jack." *You held up a paper that had the symbol on it*

Scotsman: *Smirks and picks you up, putting you on his shoulder like a potato sack* "Right this way, wee laddie/lassie."

*He carried you all the way to the largest tent area, and there sat Samurai Jack on his throne*

Jack: "Yes, my friend?"

Scotsman: "We got a new crew member!"

Jack: "Send them right in.."

*When you were face to face with him, his eyes widened, and his eyes watered a little. It's been years since he had last seen you, and you were now grown up*

Jack: "I've been waiting to meet you for so many years.." *he tearfully told you, almost like a lost father*
