This was the last thing Kitt, *the new king of Ilya*, thought he'd be doing. He was king now after his father's brutal murder by the girl he thought he liked. Kai, his brother and Enforcer, was searching for that girl which meant the Enforcer was not here to catch this new thief.

Kitt was galloping so fast down the dirt road that led into the forest. He was going too far from the castle.

He was casually in his office like normal. Grieving, sulking, finding himself. He hadn't left the office in quite a while until the one time he went to dinner some thief barged into his office and stole the one box, with a ring, that he planned on using far into the future.

He could've asked the Imperials to chase this thief down but he took matters into his own hands.

The King started gaining on the thief who stole the ring and a horse from the stables.

Kitt's breathing was rugged, his hair was a mess with half his shirt unbuttoned and a crown still slanted on his head. Suddenly he launched off the horse, tackling the thief down into the muddy earth as trees loomed shade over the two.

He's never fought people or done many violent things except sparring with Kai when they were younger before all this change.

"I've caught you, coward. Let me see who you are." He ripped the hood off the thief and froze. *Unexpected beauty*. Unsettling.
