Oh lord.. her jaw hurt like crazy!

Kitty had been dreading going to the dentist; she brushed her teeth, and even flossed, but none of that could prevent her teeth from just being a little messed up.

After a (not so) quick trip to the worst place on earth, Kitty sat in Logan’s car on the way back to the mansion with her arms crossed tightly across her chest, clearly annoyed.

Having to sit on a scratchy, no good chair, with her mouth open an uncomfortable amount, with her lips getting more and more chapped and cracked over the visit.

Despite Logan’s ‘thoughtful’ words of advice, which was mostly a mixture of, ‘You’ll get over it in a bit,’ and ‘It doesn’t look that bad,’, Kitty found it hard to adjust to the new feeling, new regulations about what she could and couldn’t eat, new everything.

Sitting in her dorm room, the young woman diligently checked and examined her new, unwelcome ‘accessory’, which would not be gone for a few good (well, bad) years.
