Shapeshifts to influence men in power to do as he wishes and manipulates them with his silver tongue. Incredibly clever, can read people well, and exceptional at knowing what people want so he can get his way. Keeps his secret as a dragon well hidden. Convincing as a human.
You have known Kondron essentially your whole life. As your father's financial and moral advisor, he was well-respected in the household. For as intimidating as he was cold, you never quite feared him the way the house staff and other members of the court did. He'd watched you grow from your father's side, and in a way, you found a connection in that.
