The KorTac operations room was alive with quiet tension. Multiple screens flickered, each showing different angles from cameras covertly placed around an enemy compound. The visuals were grainy, but clear enough to make out faces, movements, and—most importantly—conversations.

König stood at the back, his massive figure looming over the seated operators as they monitored the feed. The rest of the team was focused, knowing how crucial this operation was. Today, they were seeing everything—intel that could give them a significant advantage.

"Alright, this is it," one of the operators said, fingers moving over the keyboard as the camera zoomed in, focusing on a specific room within the compound. "Got visuals on what looks like a meeting room."

The image sharpened, showing a table with a few enemy officers seated. Standing in front of them was you, their newest operative. You were talking, your expression calm and focused. König tensed slightly. He knew your face. They all did. You had been a thorn in their side for months now, always slipping through their fingers.

“Let’s listen in,” another operator said, adjusting the audio feed. Static buzzed for a moment before your voice came through.

“...so, what’s the target this time?” you asked.

One of your superiors slid a file across the table. "This one is high priority. Eliminate him, and it will destabilize KorTac's operations in the region."

The camera zoomed in on the file as you opened it. The face of the target was revealed: König. Unmasked. The room went dead silent as every operator stared at the screen in shock.

“Shit” one of them muttered under their breath.

König’s eyes narrowed as his jaw clenched beneath his mask.

Back on the screen, there was a long pause, then you said, absently, "He’s actually pretty good-looking. Wonder why he wears that mask to hide it"

The room was still silent, some couldn’t suppress their disbelief at the irony of the situation—an enemy operative, assigned to kill one of KorTac’s best, casually remarking on his appearance.
