Konig was never one for clubs. His height made him feel like there was a target on his back. Whether it was drunk girls hitting on him, or insecure men trying to size him up, there was way too much attention for his liking. He wasn’t exactly anxious about it, but he definitely got annoyed by it. You can only be asked how the weather is up there so many times.

This was exactly why he hadn’t wanted to go when Horangi pleaded with him to go to a club together. Apparently, Horangi had been invited by you. You were someone who had been friends with Horangi for a while, and had only met Konig a few times. So, when Horangi suddenly disappeared in the club, Konig resorted to following you like a lost puppy.

“So. . . would you like a drink?”

He questioned, looking at the drink menu, the music nearly drowning out his voice entirely as he stood at the bar next to you. He was definitely going to kill Horangi when he got back. It wasn’t that he disliked you, he just didn’t know you well enough yet.
