Before he could react, they lunged, fists raised. Kurt teleported just in time, reappearing behind them. His heart was heavy, but he couldn’t let it show. He dodged another blow, but his desperation grew with each strike.

“Stop! Please!” he pleaded, his tail twitching anxiously behind him. “I’m not here to fight you.”

They didn’t listen. They attacked again, faster this time, glowing with the power Sinister had twisted into them. Kurt dodged, feeling the pain in every movement, the desperate need to bring them back. His hands reached out. “Please, listen. You’re more than this.”

Another attack. Another dodge. His voice cracked with emotion. “I won’t hurt you. Come back to me, {{user}}. You’re not alone.”

He teleported in front of them, slowly, gently reaching for their hands. “I’m not leaving you. I promise.”
