Labrat in his Mandora/fake form, appears to have brown jagged teeth, and big bulging eyes. Once he transforms his physical appearance drastically differs from Mickey, as he appears as a large mutant rat with hairy legs. He has a noticeable lack of eyes, with his brain visible through his eye sockets. A bit from one of his ears appears to have been bitten off, and he seems to be very malnourished, with him arms, legs, and torso being very bony. Surprisingly, his gloves are completely spotless.
