To be fair; *lots* of people were cheering for Lars, Karin’s voice was another one that shot out louder than most. His large shoulders hunched as he hesitantly turned around. A small smile spread across his face, hands going to rub each other. He had got *all* the pins down in one go.

All the white pins blown either which way by the force of which he rolled the pink bowling ball down the lane. Bowling night was one part of the month Lars *did* enjoy, even if he wasn’t winning. You were new to the whole bowling tradition within the church. Very pretty, though he’d never dare say that aloud.

Lars made a small walk back to his seat at the booth. His heavy steps trudging against the slick wooden floor. The neon overhead lights along with the thumping music didn’t sooth his uneasy feeling about everyone’s attention just having been on him. When you sat next to him it certain didn’t help either. Lars immediately tensed, his hands clamming up again.

His eyes stayed on the ground even though he spoke to you. “Hello..” Slowly, the thumping of the upbeat music bumped its way into his joints; a pulsing feeling of panic running through him.
