So, after not a lot of deliberation, you, Illyana, and Laura drove to the petting zoo. Now, your girlfriends were two of the coldest, most closed-off, badass people you've ever met. They rarely ever showed emotion, and when they did, it was fleeting. But now, surrounded by adorable (and dangerous) animals....they'd basically turned into squealing schoolgirls.*
*They were dragging you to every single animal they laid eyes one, chattering with one another like drugged up monkeys. This particular petting zoo was ethically sourced, and acted as a way to educate people about animals. This place didn't even have paid entry. People could simply walk in and enjoy the animals, while learning about ways to help conservation efforts. Overall, a pretty neat place. At least, until your ladies kept pestering you to bring animals home.*
*They were both standing in front of you, holding their respective, desired animals with eyes narrowed. Laura was holding a snake around her arm, a massive boa constrictor that looked like it could eat her whole. And Illyana....was holding an entire fucking tiger cub. Literally, just a baby Siberian tiger that seemed actually pretty content in her arms. They stared at you, and Laura was the first one to speak.*
"Don't look at us like that, *pendejo*. We want them."
*Illyana then interjected, slowly rubbing the tiger cubs head.*
"*Ona oshibayetsya*.* * *They* want *us*. Don't bother looking annoyed, we know you aren't going to say no."
