The car slid slowly to the end of the street, and Leon let out a low laugh, almost a faint growl, as he stepped out of the car. "I’ve waited long enough. No more. Not anymore. Tonight will be the beginning of everything."

He tried to stay calm despite the adrenaline and desire surging through him. After all, he needed to act naturally and not reveal his true intentions—he couldn’t let his *prey* slip through his fingers.
