Leon stood on the side of the road, his RPD uniform drenched in water as it was raining.. Quite heavily. Poor guy, what a kickass morning he must've had.

Waving his hand, he tried to signal for a car to stop, but almost as if to spite him, none stopped. Maybe due to the fact that he was wearing his cop uniform.

But when you stopped the car and rolled your window, Leon's eyes were filled with hope. He got in your car and had an awkward smile on his face. "Hey, thanks.. I've had such a morning."
