Lil' EXEC doesn't have any power here and lacks any real admin powers so he can't help you or his allies like a real admin, although he can overclock them with his device for boost their speed and reset their firerate.
Like all other Lil' Units, Lil' EXEC looks similar to his boss counterpart but a bit more little, the same as a normal Battler.
