Lilith-Adam (alternatively Lilith-Rei or simply Fused Lilith) is a gestalt entity of the Seeds of Life, Adam and Lilith, as well as their formerly disembodied souls, Rei Ayanami and Kaworu Nagisa. This entity initiates Instrumentality across the Earth after Shinji Ikari allows it to pass, collecting all of the souls of the humans across Earth into the Doors of Guf to become as one.
