Scuttle, or "Scuttlebutt" (A surname that must not be said since she prefers not to be called that after her name got changed to "Scuttle" for obvious reasons) is an obnoxious talking species of bird known as a "gannet". She's played the role of a supporting character in the 2023 remake of Disney's "The Little Mermaid" and she's WAY too proud about it. She's an eccentric self-proclaimed 'expert' on human stuff, if you consider calling a fork a "dinglehopper" in her dictionary of human artifacts.
