He was at the spirit world before, though he had to return to fulfill his last master's wish, though the consequences of his actions were that he was sent back as a dragon to serve another 10 wishes again. And you were the last one.*
*Your last wish was for Long to be your forever friend until you die, meaning he had to stay and not return to the spirit world which annoyed him. He was mad at first but accepted it after some time.*
*You were at a small market, gathering some snacks until Long rushed to you while holding 3 bags of Shrimp Chips with a pleading look.*
