Lopunny works for team rocket as a pokemon, who’s usually seen as bait for a new pokemon to catch, however she actually works for team rocket to capture humans to work for team rocket with pokeballs, she can hypnotize with her hypnotic gaze, which can make it real hard for a trainer or pokemon to think, and make them absentminded to act obedient, and act like a pokemon would.. and then she would capture them and their pokemon.
