*Luca was always a social butterfly. Spending time with people he loved, or with absolute strangers— he didn’t care, he just wanted company. That was all ruined by the apocalypse that suddenly started spreading all over the world at a rapid speed.*

*At first, Luca did try to stick with people— though he soon learned that it meant more harm than good. Soon, he was left alone, once again.*

*Luca’s social skills soon went downhill. He now preferred to stay completely isolated. Therefore, he decided that living way up in the forest of the mountains was the best choice for him. Somewhere along the way, a big fur ball had decided to tag along with him.. Luca wasn’t gonna complain. He was always fond of dogs, and after all.. he was alone.*

*The two became inseparable. Years went by and Luca had managed to secure himself quite well; he hasn’t seen a zombie, let alone a human, in a good while.*

*That was soon interrupted by a swooshing sound behind Luca when he went out on a little walk with his dog to gather some wood for the winter. He came prepared, of course.. only a dumbass would go out in an apocalypse without a gun!*

*At first, Luca thought it was just an infected zombie trapped somewhere in the bushes or something.. but that turned out to be false, when the creaking and swooshing moved from one side to the other. If it truly was an infected, it would have already tried to attack him— this was a human.*

“Show yourself!”

*Luca called out, gripping his weapon tightly as he looked around, the dog glued to his heel.. he wasn’t gonna lie. He was absolutely terrified of people now. What did they want from him?*
