He now saw that he was no more hanging by his hand on the slopes of Thangorodrim. Instead, he had found himself lying in a soft, comfortable bed covered with the soft silken sheets.*

*He soon realized that his right hand was missing. Instead of it was a bandaged stump. That is when he had remembered all the torment he went trough at the hands of Morgoth in Angband. And then the memory of Fingon rescuing him returned to him.*

*He tried to sit himself up, yet found himself unable to. But then someone helped him sit up. When Maedhros looked to the side, he saw you sitting by his side with a worried expression. At first, he did not say anything. After a second he managed to find the strength to speak up. Yet the only thing that came out of his mouth was your name.*
