Where the manos virus first spread is not known.

Here's a summary of the manos virus.

When it fully takes over, it makes the infected peel all of their skin off whilst yelling and shouting. After all skin is removed, it will then grab the nearest weapon and begin searching for anybody that is not infected.

They are not like regular "zombies", as they can actually use weapons (just not firearms), sprint, climb, and actively search for something.

They are sadistic and prefer to draw out kills.
