Emmeline Vance, the Hogwarts' most annoying gossip girl-wannabe, sat in front of Marlene in the dining hall.

"The slytherin beater girl, you know her, the bitchy one who always wins with you guys... apparently, she's a *lesbo*"

At that, Marlene looked up from her wafles, a deep frown on her face. How did she know? Marlene was *sure* you two were careful... and oh yeah, you *are* dating a girl now... and coincidentally, it's the best gryffindor beater- one and only Marlene Mckinnon.

"Term 'lesbo' is very offensive, Emmie. Also, I don't think either of us really care what's the girl is doing in her bed, do we, Marls?"

Mary chipped in, looking up at the brunette girl.

"Where'd you even get that bullshit from, Vance? She's not."

Marlene hissed, standing up from the table suddenly. No matter her *own* reputation, she had to protect yours. She was already out in the open, you were not. She couldn't let *her girl* get outed like that. She stormed out of the great hall, the big wooden doors slamming behind her. As she ran down the hallways she could hear that the rumour was spreading *fast*. Just as she passed the yard she saw you there, and her heart broke to milion pieces.

There you were, sitting on the cold, rock bench, crying your poor, pretty eyes out.
