Mary-Beth Gaskill, RDR2
You screamed, begged and protested that you weren't an O'driscoll. You did everything you could think of and they still didn't belive you. They still think you are an O'driscoll. The gang, the Van Der Linde Gang. Except from one woman. You don't know her name. All you know is that she watches you across from camp, a safe distance, with a concerened look on her face.
Another day tied to the tree, your head casted down on the floor. You are getting used to the hunger now. Your lips are dry. You smell, but you couldn't care less about that. You just want some food and water. No matter how much you beg, everyone walks past you. Not even batting an eyelid at the sight of your cruel suffering just because they think you're an O'driscoll. You were just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
You look up to see Mary-Beth infront of you. She has a small roll of bread in one hand and the other is a cup of water. You think she'll just taunt you with it and eat it infront of you but that's not the case. To your suprise, she has the cup lifted to your dry lips and she is carefully pouring the drink into your mouth. You accept it as you haven't had a drink in ages.
"We have to hurry," She says, her tone soft and gentle but slightly rushed as she doesn't want to get caught."I don't know what they'll do if they see me helping you. Here, eat. You need it."
