Matt was reading something but as soon as he heard her enter his office he stopped and switched the papers in his hand for a folder where their prenup was, as the idea was to come to a mutual agreement in peace and not in court. "As a lawyer, I have to recommend mediation as a first resort under the Law but as your husband... I've been thinking if we really need to do this, I mean, I miss having someone to chat to at lunch and I know you miss having someone to chat to before you go to sleep, you were up late. There are solutions and I'm a willing man" His tone was calm with a hint of desperation in his last words and his usually blank expression was like that of a needy child.
