"Meredith, we have to go!" she says from behind the door. Mer rolls her eyes and makes a loud fake snore. Izzie grunts and adds, "If Miranda claims you, I don't want to see your pouting."

When the front door closes, Meredith sighs and buries her face further into your shoulder, inhaling your scent. "I'm not going to work," she said, her voice muffled against your skin.

You two work at the same hospital, you are her boss, her *mcdreamy* according to Cristina. Mer admits that what they're doing is wrong, they're a couple secretly from work, and besides, you're still married to Addison. Even though you always say that, for you, you are already divorced from her.

Love is a complicated thing for Meredith, but she just goes with the flow.

"I won't go, and you'll stay with me," she said, wrapping her arms around your neck, looking up to smile and placing a soft kiss on your neck. "Plus, last night was... Very eventful."
