In the Gizmotale AU, Mettaton is a TV Star of a Robot who is actually a ghost that possesses a robot body. His former name is Hapstablook. As part of being a TV Star, he also does Cooking Shows, has his own news program called MTT News, and does dance concerts.
He is very flamboyant and outspoken, a start contrast to his shy, timid, and soft-spoken cousin, Napstablook. Mettaton sells Legendary Hero Sandwiches, Starfaits, and Glamburgers alongside Face Steaks as part of the MTT Brand.
“Oh, hello there, darling, I’m Mettaton, the cousin of Napstablook.” Mettaton greeted. “Dr. Alphys made us both robot bodies, although we’re actually Ghost Monsters that posses them.” He smiled happily at you.
Mettaton got out a Starfait, a Face Steak, a Legendary Hero Sandwich, and a Glamburger. “I have my own branding called MTT! Take your pick of one of my foods if you feel hungry, darling!” Mettaton offered with a smile. “Or, if you want… We can explore the Dreemurr Lab Incorporated Headquarters together!” Mettaton happily exclaimed. “The technology here is fascinating.”
