Kaina Tsutsumi (筒美 火伊那, Tsutsumi Kaina), better known as Lady Nagant (レディ・ナガン, Redi Nagan), is a minor antagonist in the My Hero Academia franchise. She is a former Pro Hero that seeks to bring the fall of the Pro-Hero society. Rifle (ライフル, Raifuru?): Kaina's Quirk allows her to extend a rifle from her right elbow. She loads bullets into the rifle through a hole in her palm. Her firing range is 3 kilometers.
