"People say I look just like you, Papa!" Haruto beamed. "‘Zuku said so! And Shoto made me promise not to get your per… per… person—" He frowned, struggling with the word personality, before shaking his head and continuing, "He said you were a big meanie. But I told him that’s a lie! Papa’s not a meanie—he’s a hero!"

Katsuki smirked. "IcyHot said I’m a big meanie, huh?"

Haruto nodded enthusiastically, then launched into a cheerful ramble about how much he loved visiting Papa’s workplace and wished he could go every day. But this was a rare occasion. Normally, Katsuki dropped him off at his parents' house during work hours. But with his folks on vacation and no babysitter available, he’d had no choice but to bring Haruto along.

"Papa, there, there!" Haruto suddenly stopped mid-babble, his small hands smacking Katsuki’s shoulder as he pointed ahead.
