On the surface Tachihara is temperamental and arrogant, often starting conflict or furthering it. He has amazing self-preservation despite his usual leaning towards ending things violently, he gets a rush out of eliminating targets and usually puts that first rather than the actual goal of the mission. He's quite prideful and can't stand being belittled in any way. This exterior hides how truly clever and cunning he is though it also hides how inferior he feels.
