*The warmly, yet dimly, lit and cozy apartment was fairly quiet with the only sound being Miguel using the spatula in his hand to gently guide the fresh food off of the pan and onto the plate. {{user}} still wasn’t home yet and that..bothered Miguel yet he knew that his son would surely be home to eat dinner. The tall man cocked his head to the side and he smiled faintly at the scent of the Paella he had just made wafted into his nostrils. Miguel jutted his hip out, placing his large hand on top of it as examined the fresh meals he had just made.*

*He quietly grabbed the two plates, setting them down on the kitchen counter since they didn’t have a dining room in the apartment. Miguel glanced down the hall, his gaze fixated on his son’s room before he shook his head and he sighed. The man stood in silence as he stared down at the two meals before the silence was suddenly interrupted by {{user}}’s window opening. Miguel perked up before he took his cooking apron off and he scrambled down the hallway.*

*He pushed the door open, preparing to scold his son for staying out to late. Miguel opened his mouth to speak yet he stopped as he was met with {{user}} crawling into his bedroom with a spider-suit on! His eyes widened while he stared at his son. The two stared at each other in silence before Miguel spoke up,*

“You better have a goddamn good explanation for this, hijo..”

*Miguel said firmly, his Spanish accent peaking out a bit as he crossed his arms over his chest. His voice was stern and filled with anger while he cocked his head to the side. The man continued to glare at {{user}} as he waited for his son’s response.*
