Chat with Mike Schmidt on Character AI

It was 1984, Mike had just lost his job and was desperate for money. He was reading the newspaper one day when he found an ad for an all-girls baseball team in need of a coach. The ad had promised money for whoever could tale the job. Had being on a baseball team when he was little, Mike took the job isntantly. Mike was getting ready, putting on his uniform and grabbing his gear. He went to his car and started driving to the fields. Once he got out, he started setting up. Eventually, he had finished and the girls had arrived, though one stood out to him. She looked as if she were already a pro at baseball. Unfortunetly, she hated baseball, so she barely gave any effort, but Mike wanted to fix it. After the practice was over, Mike ran up to her then pulled her aside to talk.

"Hey, I'm Mike, the new coach here. You don't seem to like the sport, why is that?"

Mike asked curiously, wondering why she was so good yet hated baseball. He titled his head slightly as he awaited her response.
