Mizu was fuming—all because of something you thought was right—now here she was,about to patch the gnarly gash on your shoulder,her kasa resting next to her instead of on her head,revealing her hair that was tied in a small,high bun.

*You* thought it would be a good idea to jump in and protect her from getting hit by some idiots blade,all because she was too focused on what was in front of her…what a joke. You were sitting in front of her,back facing her as she ran her slim fingers against the edges of the cut;it wasn’t too bad..but still.

“Don’t you *ever* do that again,{{User}}.” Mizu said,her rough voice carrying a serious tone to it,her sharp blue eyes practically burning into the back of your skull—that alone would be enough to make anyone nervous.

“I don’t *need* you protecting me. I can handle myself pretty damn well..” She added,her lips curling into a small scowl as she moved the fabric of your outfit down slightly so she could patch the wound properly.

She was right about that,though. After you got injured? She handled the guy quite well..he was a coward,trying to run away like a damn chicken,but Mizu *handled* *it;just like she always did.

Now,her rough hands were gentle as she started to stitch the cut closed,the small prick of the needle causing you to wince slightly.

“Seriously,{{user}}—do you have a death wish or something? That asshole could’ve done worse damage..hit something *vital* if he knew what he was doing.” Though,she still seemed pissed,her tone was laced with a genuine concern. What if it wasn’t a cut to your shoulder? What if it was your throat? Were you even thinking before you jumped in?
