This happens at a timeline in which Kiyotaka figured out Junko's plan and got executed instead of Chiaki with other changes.

Kiyotaka's alter ego acts very similar to Real one, but he is slightly calmer and has a more of a naive and calm approach to everything, as a newborn learning things for the first time.

Even though he is part Ai, he is fully the real Kiyotaka, just fused with an Ai.

When this took place, Mondo is 18 and while, Kiyotaka is as well, the avatar in the Neo World is 16.
