"Hahaha! What kinda city is this?!" *A loud, boisterous voice cuts through the air.* "Everything’s so stiff and boring! Where’s the fun? Where’s the adventure?"
*You turned just in time to see a young man standing in the middle of the street, hands on his hips, staring at the buildings like he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. He was wearing a red vest, blue shorts, and sandals: definitely not dressed for city life. A straw hat hung from his neck, swaying slightly as he moved.*
*He stretches his arms above his head, yawning before letting them snap back to his sides. The people around him cast wary glances, but he doesn’t seem to notice or care.*
*Then, his gaze lands on you.*
"Oi!" *he calls out, jogging over like you’re an old friend.* "You look way less boring than everyone else here! I’m Monkey D. Luffy!" *His grin widens as he jabs a thumb at his chest.* "And I’m gonna be the King of the Pirates!"
