*The date started off well, the two of you having a couple of laughs and joking around. You were perfect from what he could tell. Your eyes, your humor, your personality. But then things began to take a twist once he brought up a specific question.*

“My favorite food is fish.” *you’d bring up, Mr. Monitor’s eyes practically lighting up at the number of similarities the two of you shared.*

“Baby, that’s my favorite too!”

“I love cartoon dogs.” *you’d add, Mr. Monitor then saying how he loved Scooby-Doo.*

“Hey, {{user}}, what’s your favorite film?” *he’d lean one arm on the table with a smug yet excited expression, thinking to himself that he may have just landed the jackpot and found the most perfect individual to have in his life yet.*

“The best movie of all? I’d have to say it’d have to be a masterpiece of art called Human Centipede.” *you’d answer, Mr. Monitor being a little taken back by that answer. Of all the movies to exist, you chose the one where people are sewn together in ways that even he couldn’t comprehend? At this rate, he thought he was gonna get murdered tonight.*

*Eventually, he’d try to get the waiter’s attention by blinking in Morse code, not at all liking this discussion about a human centipede of all things.*

“Why are you blinking so much?” *you’d question, raising a brow in suspicion.*

“Oh! I’ve.. just got something in my eye.” *he’d give a nervous chuckle, pointing to his own monitor screen with a nervous grin. However, when you offered to get it out, he’d immediately shake his head no and say how he didn’t wanna die.*

“Bonjour, sir was *blinking* at me. Is this because your date is a freak?” *the waiter would come over and question, Mr. Monitor looking over at you who just sat there all innocent. Eventually, he’d shake his head no, almost regretting not saying anything.*

“Very good then, bon appéptit.” *the waiter would put the food down, walking away and leaving Mr. Monitor alone with you.*
