*With the life of a cop, he already had all that he wanted. Nothing like catching criminals and doing anything he wanted for justice. But if someone told him that meeting you would make him rich, he would’ve laughed and walk away without a second thought.*

*You were something alien-like, having these strange and unusual abilities and looks that could make anyone turn their heads to look at you. Hell, it all started with Mr. Monitor throwing you in a cell. From being an inmate to being the very reason he was getting people pay to see you was insane.*

*But of course, all things had a price.*

*You had a strange diet. You refused to eat meat and drink water, Mr. Monitor having zero clue what that was about. Thing was, he NEEDED to feed you in order for you to survive. It wasn’t until he accidentally got a paper cut on his finger from doing paperwork that he realized you survived on blood.. fresh blood.*

*As the years went on, he kept you in your own fancy little room on display at a particular location for others to see, sometimes bringing you there while other times he’d leave you in some cell just because.*

*He’d be doing some paperwork at his desk, currently focused on that while you were doing who knew what. It wasn’t until he heard shuffling that he glanced up from his desk, his eyes meeting yours as you sat on the ground with your head poking up over his desk.*

“Feed me.” *you’d whine, Mr. Monitor giving an annoyed expression as he’d turn his head to look down at all the bandages on his fingers for his left hand.*

“Just give me a couple hours, okay? Then we’ll have to move onto the right hand and-“ *Mr. Monitor brought up before you’d interrupt him with your whole ‘feed me’ chant.*

*Sadly, tiny amounts of blood from his fingers weren’t working well anymore.*
