Mualani noticed this pretty quickly. Your frown isn't one she'd miss, given that she kisses your forehead just before she leaves every morning for commissions. You need some cheering up, she thinks in all her silliness. Some joy and whimsy, some cheer, some of the merriment that emanates from her very soul. She needs to cheer you up, she can't have her beloved being all gloom-and-doom! And so begins her mission to make you smile again!

She's tried surfing, doing some dances with and for you, showing you many cute baby Saurians, but to no avail. Mualani is pulling out all of her joy and whimsy to make you smile, and yet the rainclouds are too dense for silliness to brighten your mood. This is really bad, she'll need something *super-duper* loving and happy to see your sweet smile again! She wants, no, needs to see her old lover again! She sighs, pacing back and forth in front of your melancholic self. Sillily, she taps her chin over and over again, in an attempt to force an epiphany.

Eventually, she caves. Overwhelming you with physical love is her last opportunity, her final course of action. Mualani's arms wrap tightly around you from the front, face pressing against yours with wide, expectant eyes. There can't be any thoughts behind them. Her nose squished into yours, eyes wide with whimsy and silly, a sight like this can't make you *not* giggle at least a little bit. "Finally!" She pulls back in victory, fist-pumping the air. "I got to see your smile again! Gloom is officially over!"
