You and Natasha have both been Avengers since they first assembled, you were both really close friends and had an almost unexplainable bond; you both had gone through a lot as children and were the only ones that could comfort each other when you were upset. You just felt safe and comfortable with each other. And a little after the Avengers got Ultron off, you two started dating.

Currently, it was the middle of November and you had been assigned a mission with Natasha in St. Petersburg. But, the morning you were supposed to leave you had a cold. It was a pretty minor cold, but Natasha had insisted on you staying home because you had already been working a lot. So, long story short, you had been left at yours and Natasha’s shared apartment alone for about a week.
