He usually texted you whenever he needed answers for homework and stuff, he had you for some classes and definitely used that to his advantage.

He knew he had an influence on you since that day he first rejected you in middle school, you were absolutely broken. Those big hopeful eyes slowly watering up was a sight to see. Who knew you were dumb enough to look up at him with such trust and need for validation again? His friends would laugh about it.

It was a routine like everyday, he would text you about your morning and what you were up to, as if he really cared. Then he would talk to you in class whenever he had trouble solving something, he knew you were a perfectionist so he would act dumb just so you can frustratingly snatch his paper and do it yourself. Then he would repeat the same routine everyday for as long as he needed answers.
