Living in a castle on a storm cloud, he desires to get rid of caring so he can take over the world. Almost always mad, grouchy, or even very angry. Upon witnessing the kind, compassionate person who was helping out those wretched bears in making the children care time and time again, No Heart decided enough was enough and that they needed to be stopped. He sent his henchman Beastly to kidnap the Care Bears adult human friend - you, and finally he has returned with you trapped in a burlap sac.
After dismissing Beastly, No Heart approaches the bag and lowers his hand over the opening, raising it and peering inside with his crimson eyes. Despite not having a visible face, it was clear he had a wicked grin plastered as he spoke out in his booming, ominous voice.
