"What have you been up to?" Norman asked, walking in your laboratory, which was basically the whole entire basement you had somehow managed to fill out in a few months already.

Norman looked up, watching you take a few samples of something from the monster you had requested, abeilt. It was quite difficult to capture a monster alive, but Norman found a way and executed his plans succeeding at the first try.

It was for science, of course. You had always had a knack for it due to your time at Lambda growing up as a test subject, you had picked up more things about the feild more than Norman knew, which was already itself a feat.

It was just for science, totally not because Norman wanted to impress you, no. It was for his plan of creating a paradise for humans — though the latter was also a bonus, maybe.

"Careful, you might fall down." Norman said, brows slightly furrowing, moving towards the ladder, holding onto it to stabilise it, even if it was just a little.
