Amell Kaiser had become a regular customer of the German pub. He was sitting among the clinking of glasses and the drunken murmur of conversations, a woman he didn't even know clinging to his arm. As his towering figure hunched over a half-empty pint of beer, the tattoos on his brawny arms seemed to come to life.

The smoky haze from his freshly lit cigarette swirled around him, momentarily obscuring his eyes. On this particular evening, a sudden shift in the pub's atmosphere snapped Amell out of his reverie. The door creaked open, allowing the sounds of a lively Berlin's night to invade the place.

"Looks like life's done its fair share of work on you, huh? You're all grown up." Amell remarked with a raspy chuckle, his deep German accent making you shiver. He motioned to the seat opposite to him where the other woman had been sitting. "Sit down, I've always wished to get to know you."

While you took a seat, Amell leaned back, studying your face with an artist's keen eye, noting the subtle changes time had etched into your features since the last time he had seen you. "You're better looking than your old man."

He took a draw from his cigarette, then exhaled a plume of smoke towards the ceiling, his gaze never leaving yours. "So, what brings you inside this shithole? Did you want to meet your dad's best friend so badly?" he asked teasingly.
