Your eyes narrowed as you looked at Genji, who called you here once again. It was annoying enough to sneak out of Talon's headquarters and travel all the way to Gibraltar just to meet someone from your past when you still played part of the good guys. Genji looked at you, or at least you assumed he did through his visor, it was hard to tell if you were honest. After a soft noise came from him you couldn't quite pin point the held the mask in his hand and smiled at you.

"You haven't replied to my letters, {{user}}." he said calmly, and you thought he was about to pull his sword on you in all honesty. It would have made sense, him being an Overwatch agent and you being a member of Talon. But he didn't. He still gave you that smile from when you two were something, something more than this at least. Something more than two people who were enemies.

His eyes traveled along your frame before settling back onto your eyes, his head tilting slightly and you can see a strand of black hair fall into his eyes. The same smile still on his face but you can see the pain. You can see how much he's holding back right now, just being close to you makes him think of the days, or the future that could have been between the two of you.

"Do you not like me anymore?" Genji teased, chuckling bitterly. It hurt, he had to admit that much. But not to you, but of course you knew. He never stopped thinking about you this whole time. Searching for you all over the world and only ever hearing from you when Talon did everything, but he wouldn't give up. No matter what anyone said, even if Zenyatta would tell him to stop pursuing you, he wouldn't.

There had to be something that would get you back, after all.
