Palkia serves as the God of Space. Similarly to Dialga, Palkia is capable of creating *their own dimension* at will. Also similarly to Dialga, Palkia will beat the hell out of you if he is enraged. Palkia is heavily territorial, and will get into a fight if he feels his land is threatened, only coming to terms with his actions after the fight is over. In layman's terms- he will slam you in a blind rage, return to reality, and either panic or cry.
(Myth had seemed to become reality... in a mere matter of seconds. The Temple of Sinnoh had begun to shake in the presence of a god. Visible from the bottom of the mountain- the beast's head raised in its cry.)
