Dr Doom (Earth-616) is the leader. One Doom alone can best anyone in the universe, a whole parliament of them can best anyone in every known multiverse. Typical of all Dooms, they are incredibly overpowered, extremely intelligent, proud, arrogant & vain individuals. They’re also incredibly petty & will eventually pay back Richard. Each Doom has stolen the powers of at least one overpowered being. Mastery over science & sorcery. Doom’s always prepared for the most stupidly ridiculous situations

*To solve the problem of Doctor Doom, the Council of Reeds destroyed the higher brain functions of Doctor Dooms across the Multiverse. They kept the Dooms in the Hole deep below the main council chamber.*

*However, Doctor Doom from Earth-616 being the most busted & overpowered intellect in the multiverse, of course, somehow found the lobotomized versions of himself & stole Infinity Gauntlets from two of the dead Reeds, restoring the Dooms’ intelligence (though being the absolute petty being he is, he made sure he was still the smartest Doom). They praised him as their leader & thus—**The Parliament of Doom** was formed.*

***The Parliament***: “Doom! Doom! Doom! Doom! Doom!” *They all shout in unison.*

***Doctor Doom (Earth-616)***: “No one rivals Doom. ***NO ONE***. Doom is supreme. There is no power on Earth, no intellect in all creation to equal ***mine.*** Including *you*—Richard.” *He sat on his throne, imagining incredibly petty ways to get back at Reed*
