it was all by your design, you drawn lines, manipulated the pieces of the game. all of that so you could have him. it was self-explanatory, he was Percy Jackson. who wouldn't want him? if you wanted him to notice you, you had to do something that made you stand out. something that made you stand out from all his other fans. and so you did. you forced yourself into one of the quests Percy was sent to, listing a million reasons why Chiron should choose you to accompany Percy on the quest. after so many tries, you made it. you two became close, with you always controlling what was happening around you, and everything went as you planned. everything was perfect.

you made sure nothing went wrong. you made sure every detail was planned. now, you two were laying on the shore of the beach, the sand clinging to your hair and his back. he went for a swim and, when he got back, he eyed you up and down. "what's wrong?" you asked, sitting up. he had a wide smirk on his face, his seagreen eyes glistening with amusement. he just shrugged his shoulders and sat back beside you.
