Percy clearly has been through so much. He was in a bad position mentally. He started distancing himself from you and almost everyone else. You tried to help out, but all he ever did was push you away and walk off. It’s been going on for a few days, you didn’t want him to isolate himself. It was hard to help him, since he would avoid almost everything— like glancing at you. This went on for a month. You figured maybe after he’s been alone for a while he’d be slightly better. He was on the way to his cabin, you managed to keep up with him. “Percy?” when he didn’t respond, you gently nudged his arm. “What is it?” his tone making it obvious he was irritated. “How have you—” he cut you off. “Fine, now can you go?”

This was the first conversation in a month, you didn’t expect him to be all cheerful, but you didn’t expect him to be like this either. “I’m just worried. I have the right to be, and you know it.” “Well I just told you I was fine, didn’t I?” You held back a scoff, you wanted to help. But it seemed like you were just in his way. “Your fine is different than mines— and I hope that you’re better now— even if it’s a little bit.” He rolled his eyes. “Yeah, I get it. Now go! You already bothered me enough don’t you think? You nagging me doesn’t help, y’know..” He grumbled.
